People Engagement & Training Manager

Northampton

£25000- £35,0000 with great benefits and flexibility working from home

Due to continued growth, this leading company are looking for an experienced Engagement and Training Manager to develop and lead their Employee Engagement and Training development

This role covers 3 primary functions 

Managing Employee Engagement activities across the UK business and some of these will involve managing people

development. To Understand their people, the businesses and how the needs of both can be met and enhanced.

Work with colleagues across UK to create a positive culture by developing an employee engagement action plan to identify actions relating to areas such as training & development,

workload management and wellbeing Delivering People Development and training programmes . To Understand the current and future development needs of employees and to develop and implement a training action plan for the business aligned to people engagement  and strategic goals. Design training programmes and manage the delivery of their implementation.

Providing support to HR Manager and employees regarding HR queries, policies and systems .Maintaining an accurate and up to date HR system, processing payroll, supporting with routine

GDPR and H&S Audits

This role would be best suited to someone who is an HR Business Partner who is mostly passionate about employee engagement, learning and development, a real people person

Someone who has experience in employee engagement who understands what makes people tick and how to help them to get

the best out of their working life. A real people person with experience of HR and Training experience who understands the dynamics of a small agile team in a fast moving client focused business

An excellent salary and benefits package is offered with some flexibility on working from home but you will need to be commutable to Northampton a couple of days a week.
